DESCRIPTION

The FN Five-seveN semi-auto pistol is designed around the same high velocity 5.7×28 mm ammunition used in the famed FN PS90. The flat shooting Five-seveN was developed in the early 90s and remains one of the most innovative handguns brought to market in the past thirty years. This unique polymer framed pistol features a chrome lined, cold hammer forged 4.8” barrel for accuracy and durability. The single action Five-seveN has an ambidextrous forward mounted safety, adjustable three dot sights, and an accessory rail for lasers and lights. This low recoil pistol has an incredible 20+1 capacity. Two 20 round magazines included.

A word about the 5.7×28 cartridge: The 5.7x28mm round was developed by FN as a response to a NATO request for 9mm replacement. This round achieves between 1600fps and 2000fps muzzle velocity depending on barrel length (Five-seveN vs P90) for greater penetration, and shoots flat making long range targets easier to hit. As an added bonus, the small size of the 5.7×28 round leads to larger magazine capacity.
